At F1 Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of Formula 1 history. If your official memorabilia or teamwear does not meet your expectations, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your item in its original protective packaging, ensuring that all certificates of authenticity, holograms, and original tags remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and ship it via a tracked courier service to our UK-based authentication center to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have verified the condition of the memorabilia, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
